Properties
Nonionic emulsifying wax consists of vegetable and mineral derived emulsifiers and stabilizers, it offers formulations quick and reliable solutions to a wide variety of emulsification problems. Nonionic emulsifying wax is considered as one of the most stable emulsifier in a wide pH range (3-14) applications. It is self-emulsifying and is compatible with most of cosmetic and pharmaceutical ingredients. Nonionic emulsifying wax can be used at 5-10% as primary oil-in-water emulsifier and 1-2% as emulsion stabilizer in personal care and pharmaceutical creams and lotions. It promotes the formation of lamellar structure which enhances the skin moisture, skin sensory and emulsion stability.
