Polyurea thickeners are manufactured as per our proprietary formula, specialized process and facility.This products are not categorized as regulated chemical,featured as an environment-friendly and safe product,easy to use,transport and store . The products dramatically lower the threshold and manfacturing cost of polyurea grease. We have developed products series with different formulations and structures to meet your various requirements. Polyurea grease is widely recognized as a versatile, long-life premium lubricant. Its main advantages include:
1. Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance:
The polyurea thickener itself has a very high thermal decomposition temperature (typically above 240°C) and a high drop point (typically >250°C). This means the grease will not easily transition from a gel to a liquid and bleed out at high temperatures, allowing it to maintain its structure and lubricating function.
2. Outstanding Oxidation Stability:
This is one of the most notable advantages of polyurea grease. The organic polyurea molecules are very stable and resist reacting with oxygen. This gives polyurea grease an extremely long service life, especially under high-temperature conditions, where it ages much slower than soap-based greases, significantly extending relubrication intervals.
3. Good Colloidal Stability:
Polyurea thickeners form a stable three-dimensional network that effectively locks in the base oil, offering strong resistance to oil separation (bleeding). Even during long-term storage or at high temperatures, it resists syneresis, ensuring the long-term stability of the grease.
4. Excellent Water Resistance and Corrosion Protection:
Polyurea thickeners are insoluble in water and not water-sensitive, providing good resistance to water washout. They are also non-corrosive themselves and offer good protection to metal surfaces against water and other corrosive substances.
5. Broad Compatibility:
Polyurea thickeners are compatible with various types of base oils (mineral oils, synthetic oils such as PAOs, ester oils), allowing for the formulation of greases with different properties as needed. They are also compatible with many additives, facilitating the enhancement of properties like extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, and rust prevention.
6. Long Life and Versatility:
Combining the above advantages, polyurea grease becomes a **long-life, multi-purpose** lubricating product that can reduce maintenance frequency and lower overall costs.
