Fluorinert Liquid FC-GK160(Equivalent to 3M FC-40) is a colorless, odorless and non-toxic perfluorinated liquid with high stability. It is the first high-boiling point fluorinated liquid developed and produced in China. Has excellent dielectric constant, stable chemical inertness, good thermal conductivity, very low surface tension and kinematic viscosity, and system compatibility.
Usage
1. Semiconductor manufacturing packaging and testing.
2. Heat conduction, cooling medium, computer server and electronic component system cooling medium.
3. Solvents for other purposes such as solvent diluents, lubricating diluents, etc.
4. Thermal Shock test liquid
Environmental Protection Performance
1. ODP(Ozone Depleting Potential)=0;
2. Low GWP;
3. Non-VOC;
4. Comply with ROHS 2.0
Safety Performance
1. No flash point, no flammability, no ignition hazard.
2. Non-toxic when using
