G230 Characteristic:
G230 is a colorless and transparent product, the trough is clean, no dyeing problem, no poison, no irritating odor, biodegradable and environmentally friendly products,
G230 has excellent texturing characteristics: fast nucleation rate, short texturing time, long bath life, good pyramid uniformity, and strong decontaminatio n ability; in addition, it also has the advantages of less dosage, convenient operation and low overall cost.
G230 has strong nucleation ability, suitable for NaOH and KOH systems, and can also be adapted to O3 pretreatment and H2O2 pretreatment processes.
G230 can adapt to the short time direct texturing process without polishing, and can form a complete pyramid in a short time (≤0.7min) with a low thinning amount of 0.3 0.4g, which can provide a texturing solution for flake production.
G230 Texturing precaution:
Note: If this product is used for the first time, it is necessary to clean the equipment and accessories that this product wil
l come into contact with (mainly referring to the velvet groove and flower basket). The recommended cleaning process is as follows:
1) Washing → Draining → 1% (volume ratio) alkali + 4% (volume ratio) H2O2 circulating wash tank for 30min, temperature 70°C (the flower basket is soaked in the tank for cleaning at the same time) → Drainage → Water washing for 15min → Drainage
2) Using the formula of this product's texturing liquid, add 1% (volume ratio) M230 product, the temperature is 80°C, and the tank is circulated for 30 minutes (the flower basket is soaked in the tank for cleaning at the same time) → drain → water wash for 15 minutes →drain
3) In the small batch experiment, in order to prevent other additives from dripping into the experimental tank when
the basket is lifted, it is recommended to select the first texturing tank for the test. After adding the additives, circulate bubbling for 15 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of the additives.

Transportation method:
The texturing additive G230 should be covered during transportation to prevent the sun and rain, the transportation tools should be kept clean, and the packaging should be prevented from being damaged during transportation. loading, mixing;
Storage method:
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, prevent direct sunlight, and keep away from heat sources.
