Introduction:
GK-001A is a Polymer Processing Additive based on a new dispersion technology, which has
features of good dispersion and excellent temperature resistance. It can be suitable for polymer
products with the processing temperature over 250 ℃ . It is characterized by low dosage, fast
onset and non-coking.
Characters:
Appearance : white powder
Bulk density : 0.60±0.05g/cm³
Sieving rate(10 mesh) : ＞98%
Usage:
GK-001A is white power. During the polyolefins are extruded and granulated, it can be mixed
with other additives such as antioxidant and anti-block before putting into the dosing feeder.
It can improve the production rate, reduce the gel formation and improve product quality.
GK-001A can also be made into a masterbatch together with the polymer by the concentration
of 3-5% and then add the masterbatch by proportion as needed during the polymer extrusion
process so as to eliminate melt fracture, reduce extrusion processing pressure and reduce die
build-up.
Food contact
GK-001A can be used as the food contact additive with the dosage at no more than 0.2%,
which complies with the articles of 177.1520 of FDA regulations. The use conditions of food
contact products are listed in 21C.F.R.176.170 (c), B to H in Table 2.
Dosage:
The standard packaging is paper carton inner with PE bag, the net weight is 20kg/carton,
600kg/pallet. Packaging and transportation is in accordance with international laws and

According to the Chinese national and international transportation regulations,
GK-001A is not the dangerous product.
