Product Introduction:
Sodium Perborate is a white free flowing particle and an inorganic peroxide with a ring structure. According to the different crystal water of Sodium Perborate, it can be divided into Sodium Perborate Tetrahydrate and Sodium Perborate Monohydrate. Sodium perborate is prepared by the reaction of borax, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Sodium Perborate Monohydrate is obtained by further dehydration of sodium perborate tetrahydrate and is widely used in high temperature environments or in cold water washing. Due to the higher oxygen release rate of Sodium Perborate Monohydrate, the reactive oxygen species produced form hydrogen peroxide in aqueous solution, thus having a bleaching effect (often called NOBS or DECOBS).
The Product Application:
Used as oxidant, bleach, fungicide, deodorant, detergent additive, etc. Sodium perborate has a strong bleaching ability, but does not damage the fiber, suitable for protein fiber such as wool/silk, and long fiber high-grade cotton cloth bleaching. Medicine used as disinfectant and fungicide, also can be used as mordant, detergent additives, deodorant, electroplating liquid additives, analytical reagents, organic synthesis polymerization agent, as well as toothpaste, cosmetics and so on.
