Using GPU-A pre-thickener allows for the convenient and rapid preparation of tetraurea greases of the same quality as those produced using the one-step method.
While the physicochemical properties of tetraurea and diurea greases are comparable, the former exhibits superior structural stability at high temperatures, significantly reduced hardening, and a clear advantage in thermal stability.
Further research will continue to expand the industrial applications of GPU-A pre-thickeners.
