1. Physical and chemical properties
Chemical composition: Triazine sulfonic acid derivatives
Ionicity: anionic
Physical state: light yellow powder
Physical Properties: Maximum absorption wavelength 293nm (UVB), 345nm (UVA).
Chemical stability: GE UVF is stable to acids and bases under normal household washing conditions.
Toxicology: GW UVF is non-toxic and non-hazardous, see MSDS.
2. Features
Comprehensive protection against UVA and UVB rays, high UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Index) with fewer washes and the higher the UPF, the better the protection against UVA and UVB rays.
The higher the UPF value, the better the protection against UVA and UVB rays.
Significantly improves the UV blocking effect of fabrics and enhances the sun protection ability of fabrics to the skin.
Excellent low-temperature solubility, reducing energy consumption and saving production costs.
Protect UV sensitive dyes on fabrics and slow down their light fading.
Can be easily incorporated into all types of detergent products at the post-dosing stage.
High affinity for cellulosic fibers, etc. in the low to medium wash temperature range.
Innovative concepts for fabric washing and care products can be formulated at economical dosages.
3. Usage and dosage
Suggested dosage: Concentrated laundry detergent: 0.2 - 0.6 %
Normal laundry detergent: 0.1 - 0.8 %.
Liquid Detergent: 0.2 - 0.4 %
Formulation: GW UVF can be dry-mixed or agglomerated into laundry detergents. It can also be dissolved in an aqueous solution of water and surfactants and formulated into laundry detergents or liquid laundry detergents or fabric care products such as fabric softeners.
4. Stability and storage
Unopened GW UVF can be stored stably for more than 3 years at room temperature (25°C) and protected from light without affecting the use. The product should be
Stored in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
